Studio 6 Austin, TX - Northwest

I stayed at Studio 6 North in Austin, TX, and left disappointed due to multiple issues that affected my comfort and safety. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with roaches and other pest concerns that made the stay uncomfortable. At 11:00 a.m. sharp, the manager knocked on the door without any courtesy notice, waited outside our door, and pressured us to leave with the door left open, which was not possible because we have cats in the room. The manager called the police and claimed we refused to leave, which was not true; we were trying to secure our belongings and exit safely with our pets. The manager appeared rude and unprofessional, spending more time on the phone than addressing housekeeping or pest issues. The rest of the staff were reasonable, but the overall handling of check-out and safety concerns was unsatisfactory. I would have appreciated a professional notice prior to check-out, a clear policy explanation regarding pets, safe hygiene and pest control measures, and courtesy from management during check-out. Overall, I cannot recommend Studio 6 North in Austin for future stays and hope management addresses these concerns and trains managers to handle check-out procedures with courtesy and respect for guests.

Hello, this Motel 6 is very nice. The rooms are extremely nice...i liked them. Ari, is the lady i checked in and out with. Ari was very very nice. .......i would stay here again definately.

Alex was kind, intelligent and professional. She greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel immediately welcome. She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly and stress free. She answered all my questions thoroughly. It’s rare to encounter someone who balances efficiency with that kind of warmth. Her approach elevated my experience. She made me feel like a valued guest.

It’s been a surprisingly fabulous experience, even after hours! The staff is awesome, patient, and somehow always cheerful (even when I show up with 17 questions and a half-asleep face). The location is clutch: close to every shopping center you could think of and a healthy handful of smoke shops… you know, for the “herbal enthusiasts” out there. Rooms are spotless, not a single roach in sight, which is basically a Motel 6 miracle worthy of its own award. Huge shoutout to Kai for the top-tier customer service and saint-level patience. And thank you to the lovely manager who put us on game about the discount for loyal Motel 6 guests, we love a good deal! All in all, 10/10 experience. Thanks for keeping the lights on and the vibes right!

Let me start by saying Ms. Ari at the front desk was super accommodating to my stay here, she is truly an asset to this location. The location is in a good area close to a lot of stuff and the while the rooms are older, it was still a comfortable experience especially with the kitchenette available, theres plenty of space to sit /lounge in the room and the other guest were nice and kept to themselves. Dog friendly was a bonus! Would recommend this place for an affordable and comfortable stay.

Ive been staying here one or two nights a week since September. It has a great location for my work. Rooms are all ways neat & clean. The staff is very friendly & professional, especially Alex. That’s the reason I keep coming back.

We have been staying here at least once a week for our sanity. It's clean, cozy, quiet, relaxing, and safe. The service here is very nice the rooms are very nice and the location in this area is perfect. The office personnel are very nice and the Manager Suzie is awesome. She has made us feel like part of the family here and we wouldn't dare stay anywhere else in Austin. Cuddos to you Miss Suzie you are doing a wonderful job here. We feel welcomed every visit.
